Ticket Refund Plan

Given the unprecedented number of shows that have been impacted by the COVID-19 situation, we have created the following Ticket Refund Plan to give you refund options if you have tickets to a show that is cancelled or rescheduled at The Taft Theatre.

CANCELLED SHOWS

Tickets purchased online via Ticketmaster will automatically be credited within 30 days. Patrons who purchased tickets at the venue box office will need to bring their tickets back to the box office for a refund.

RESCHEDULED SHOWS

Tickets will automatically be valid for the new date, unless you opt for a refund within 30 days of the new show date being announced. Ticketholders will receive a notification email from Ticketmaster with information on the rescheduled date. If you have tickets to a show that is postponed, you will be able to select your refund option once the new date is announced. If 60 days have passed since a show was postponed and no rescheduled dates have been announced, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time*. Please note if tickets were purchased at the venue box office patrons will need to return to the box office to process a refund.

*Some show restrictions do apply.
